the lands of T. N. Wall, deceased, re

Beech Creek and are traversed by the
Beech Creek Drainage Districts, now in
process of construction, and the assess
ments for drainage have all been paid.
Said lands are all located in Chandler’s
District, County of Barrow, formerly in
Jackson County.
The sale will continue frorm day to
day until all of the said lands are dis
posed of as advertised.
Terms: Fifteen per cent of the pur
chase price oil the day of sale and the
remainder oil December 31st, 1919, when

the same be collected by the tax
collector, for the following pur

1. Eighty-five cents ($0.85 on
the Hundred dollars ($100.00) to
pay the legal indebtedness due, or
to become due during the year
1919 or past due.
2. Fifty cents (0.50) on the
Hundred dollars ($100.00) to
build or repair court h°use or jail,
bridges or ferries, or other public
improvements, according to con
tract.
3. and four fifths cents
($0.05 4-5) on the Hundred dol

any other lawful charge on the

Making in the aggregate the
