scribed, which deed is recorded in tho
delivery to W. C. Damron a certain se
curity deed to property hereinafter de
scribed, which deed is recorded in tho
Clerk’s office of the Superior Court of
Borrow County, Georgia, in Record of
Deeds Book C, page 506-507, and,
WHEREAB said deed was given to se
cure a certain promissory note for On *
Hundred Twenty Five (185.00) Dollars,
dated Decemvor 13, 1919, and duo to
the said W. C. Damron on March Ist,

WHEREAS tho said noto is now long
past due, principal and interest, and
remains unpaid, ncav therefore tho said
W. C. Damron by virtue of the power
of sale contained in tho aforesaid deed
will sell bet'oro tho court house door in
Barrow County,on the first Tuesday in
February, 1021, between tho legal hours
of sale to tho highest bidder for cash
the following described property, to
wit:

lying and being in tho State of Georgia,
County of Barrow, and fronting for 500
feet on the South side of Broad Street,
in the town of Stntlinm. Those lots
being known as Lots No. 7 and 8.
This property being bounded on tho
North by Broad Street, on the East by
the Crow property, on the West by tho
Roberts property, and on the South by
an alley.
