on the 10 o'clock train yesterday for
Corsicana Texas, where the doctor
will again resume the practice of
medicine. We regret very much to
lose this gentleman and his interest*

and of course we cannot object. Our
best wishes follow them to then' new
home and we commend them to tie*

as being worthy of any trust that
may be confided in them.
Butts Superior Court
Mas formally organized on yester
day with Judge John I). Stewart
presiding. The first business to be
transacted was the enipanneling of
the Grand Jury, which was done in
short order, and llis Honor's charge
to the same was indeed clear and
forcible, lie dwelt specially on the
duties of Grand Jurors as being the
custodians of the laws of the country
charged them to be untiring in their
etlbrts to see that the same are exe
cuted. The selling of intoxicating
without license and to minors also
received his special attention.
The b !y is a splendid representa
tion of Butts- county manhood, all
being robust fine looking men. Mr.
