Miss Wylene Nolen spent Sun day with Miss Alma Lavender. Rev. Harrison Jones, of Hamp ton, filled an appointment at Union Ridge Sunday night. He is an ex-pastor of this church and has many friends here who wel come him in our midst. Several from here attended a singing at Pleasant Grove Sunday afternoon. Mr. Ernest Lavender was a visitor to the city Monday.
