Miss Earle Humphries, of Ma con, Miss Myra Garner, of Spar ta, arrived Saturday, Misses Ruby Culpepper and Hill, of Ir winton, arrived Sunday to take charge of their work in the Jenkinsbu-g school. The teach ers will board with Dr. and Mrs. B. F. Akin. Miss Mattie Ogden, who has been visiting relatives in Florida for the past month, is now with her sister, Mrs. G. W. Gilmore, Mrs. J. F. Whitaker, who has been ill for quite a while, was carried to Atlanta for an opera tion, last Saturday. Miss Annice Barnes, Dr. J. W. Harper and Mr. Whitaker spent Tuesday with her at the sanitarium.
