ANNETTE JAMERSON IS CALLED BY DEATH Little Annette Jamerson, aged 10, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. P. Jamerson end grand daughter of Mrs P. R. Watkins, of this city, died Monday morn ing at the home of her parents in Atlanta. The tody was brought to Jackson Tuesday afternoon for interment, the short funeral ser vice at the grave being conduct ed by Rev. Olin King Mr. and Mrs. Jamerson are former resi dents of Jackson and have many warm friends who deeply sympa thize with them in their great sorrow. He It enacted by the Gen eral Assembly of Georgia, und it is hereby enacted by the authority of the tame, that Article 6, Section 12, Para graph 2, of the Constitution of Georgia, be amended by adding at the end of ■aid paragraph 2, the following words: “Provided, however. That the General Assembly shall have power, at any time, by a majority vote of each branch, to abolish the fees accruing to the office of Solicitor General, In any particular Ju dicial Circuit, and In lieu thereof, to prescribe a salary for such office, in ad dition to the salary prescribed in para graph 1 of ttds section of this Article, and without regard to the uniformity of •ueh salaries in the various circuits; and shall have the further power to de termine what disposition shall he made of the lines, forfeitures ami fees accru ing to the office of Solicitor General, in any such Judicial Circuit, where the fees arc abolished;'' so that said para graph 2, of said section, of said Article, when so amended, will read as follows. "Paragraph 2. Sec. 3. Be it further enacted, that all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this act be, and the same are, hereby repealed. Now, therefore. 1. Nat E.
