SCHOOL NEWS
The Seniors have completed their
theme on “The Marble Fawn” and
are now writing on Hamlet.
The whole school is putting in
some real hard work before the
Christmas holidays.
On Tuesday afternoon the last
Normal Meeting for the year was
held at the home of Mrs. Martin.
After an interesting hour of the les
son, “How to Study,” a social half
hour was spent, during which Mrs.
Martin served a sweet course, as
sisted by Mary Lena Martin.. The
superintendent and teachers both
take a great deal of interest in the
normal work and derive lots of
pleasure and profit from the meet
ings.
Miss Thompson will spend the
Christmas holidays at her home in
White Plains.
Miss Smith will go to Cairo to
spend the holidays.
On Friday before school closes
for Christmas, the following pro
gram will be rendered by the school,
to which patrons and visitors are in
