Judge A. II Ogletree was elected temporary chairman of 'the meeting, and J. D. Jones was chosen as secretary. On account of the small attendance pres ent it was voted to meet again Wed nesday to elect a chairman for the en suing two years. The following were elected: Buttrill —J. 11. Mills, J. B. Childs, J. GILBERT WAS GRANTED DIVORCE DECREE Other Cae* Disposed of During Week On Civil Division of Court Mrs. Loudie Mae Gilbert was grant ed a first verdict for divorce from T. C. Gilbert in Butts superior court this week. Cruel treatment was the ground on which the divorce was sought. Gilbert is well known here, having formerly been a teacher and preacher. Shores-Muller Cos. was granted a verdict in the suit against S. L. Lof ton et. al. The Taylor Iron Works & Supply Go. was granted a verdict in the suit against E. A. Finrher.
