election in the September Primary to
the judgeship of your superior court:

the confidence which you have evi
denced in me by continuing my ser
vices in the office which is vital to
the interests of our people.
In seekng re-election 'by your

other than the desire to serve you
by a fair, just and impartial admin
istration of the laws in the most im
portant branch of our system of

Judge of the Superior Court of the

QUARTERMASTER’S CORPS
GOING TO CAMP JACKSON
The quartermaster’s detachment of
the Thirtieth Division,, commanded
by Lieut.-Col, G. E. Mallet, will leave
August 2 for Camp Jackson, Colum
bia, S. C. The camp will last to Aug
ust 20.. Brigadier General'll. D.
Russell, of Macon, will be in com
mand of the 30th Division.
Those in Col. Mallet’s detachment
include: W. M. Crawford, Victor
O’Neal, Charles Redman, Jr., Robert
Mays, F. C. Rossey, Olin Burford
and A. W. Newton.
SUCCESSFUL REVIVAL AT
THE WORTHVILLE CHURCH
The revival meetings at Worth
ville Baptist church from July 13
through the 20 proved highly suc
cessful. Rev. J. B. Stodghill, the
pastor, did the preaching. There
were ten additionss to the church
and the ordinance of baptism was
held Friday, the closing day of the
services.
Mr. Stolghill is engaged in a series
of revival meeting at Paran church
this week, the services having start
ed Sunday.
REVIVAL SERVICES BEGIN

Jenkinsburg Baptist church the fifth
Sunday, July 29. Rev. C. C. Bucka
