FUNERAL DIRECTORS MEET
WAS LARGELY ATTENDED
S. H. Thornton who attended the
annual meeting of the Georgia Fu
neral Directors’ Association in At
lanta last week said the meeting
was the most largely attended in
the history of the group. More
than 1,000 people connected with
the industry were present. Mr.
Thornton said the 1941 meeting
would be held in Savannah. Tom
Bond, Atlanta, was elected president
of the association.
