By reason of a default in payment
of the third note in the principal sum
of $2,000.00, plus interest theron,
there will be sold by the undersigned,
in front of the Court house door in
Butts County, Georgia, on the first
Tuesday in September, 1947, during
the legal hours of sale t'o the highest
bidder, for cash, the following de
scribed property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the 616th District,
G. M., of Butts County, part of lot
number Two Hundred Forty-Nine
(249) and part of lot Two Hundred
Forty-Nine (249) of Eighth District
of originally Henry County, now
Butts County, Georgia. Bounded on
the north by lands of M. F. Knowles,
east by lands of M. F. Knowles and
B. T. Deason Estate, south by lands
of B. T. Deason and J. Tom Stewart
estates and lands of Mrs. Mary Gray,
and on the west by lands of Mrs.
Gray and lands of J. C. Maddox es-
tate, containing two hundred two
and one-half (202 V 2) acres, more or
less. Also in the 616th District, G. M.
one and three quarter (l-3/4ths)
acres, more or less, described as fol
lows: Beginning at the southwest
corner of lands of W. E. Watkins, J.
