By virtue of an order of the Or
dinary of said State and County,
there will be sold at public outcry,
first Tuesday in August,
1*55, at the courthouse door in Jack
son, Georgia, between the legal hours
of sale, to the highest and best bid
der for cash, the following described
property in said County, to-wit: All
jJthat tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the 612th district G. M.
Butts County, Georgia, containing
(one acre of land, with a five room
dwelling thereon, and bounded as
follows; On the North, South and
West by lands of Mrs. Dovie J. Evett
and on the east by Highway-No. 36.

G. M., Butts County, Georgia, known
as the Mary Barnes place, containing
73 acres ,more or less, and bound on
the north and east by lands of Geor
gia Power Company; on the south
by lands of M. W. & Nell B. Reeves;
on the west by lands formerly owned
iby D. F. Pullium, and being the same
lands as described in deed from C. C-
Barnes to Rosa F. Bailey, dated Oc
tober 29, 1929 as recorded in deed
7, pages 335 and 336 office of
Clerk, Butts Superior Court.

al Bank against H. R. Cochran issued
in the Superior Court of Butts Coun
ty, Georgia, levied on as the proper
ty of defendant in fi fa, notice of
levy and sale having been given the
defendant in fi fa.
