on the Northeast right of way
line of State Route 87, which
point is its intersection with
the South land lot line of Land
Lot 45, and from said point of
beginning running thence

s feet to an iron pin; run thence
North 34 degrees 57’ West 210
1 feet to an iron pin; thence
North 89 degrees 30’ West 268
feet to an iron pin located on
the Northeast right of way
line of State Route 87; thence
along said right of way line

feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract will be conveyed
subject to an outstanding
superior Security Deed from
J. S. Smith, to the Federal
Land Bank Of Columbia,
dated June 17, 1966, and of
record in Deed Book 29,
Pages 503-504, in Clerk’s
Office, Superior Court, Butts
County, Georgia, which said
Security Deed secures an
indebtedness owing to the
Federal Land Bank Of
Columbia.
The indebtedness secured
by said Deed to Secure Debt
to the said Flint River
Production Credit Associa
tion having become in
default, said real estate will
be sold as the property of J.
S. Smith and the proceeds
from such sale will be
applied to the payment of
principal and interest of said
indebtedness and the cost of
this proceeding, including
attorney’s fees, and the
balance, if any, to be paid
over to the party or parties
entitled thereto.

closing of the first alley west
of Flovilla City Hall, same
running South off of Lee
Street in said City, under
authority of Georgia law' as
codified in Section 69-312 of
the Code of Georgia of 1933 as
amended.

a petition for a referendum
on the question of taxing,

distilled spirits and alcohol in
the City of Flovilla, Georgia,
signed by at least 35 per cent
of the registered voters of

filed with the mayor thereof,
who has called a special
election thereon to be held in
said city on the 14th day of
July. 1976, same being within
30 days from the date of the

Ralph Willie Fogg. 86. were
held Wednesday afternoon.
June 30. from the chapel of
Sherrell Funeral Home. The
Rev. Ed Hoard officiated at
the four o’clock service.
Interment was in Sandy
Creek Cemetery with Sher
rell Funeral Home in charge
of arrangements.

Georgia at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on Monday, July 12. 1076. upon

side of the rights-of-w ay of such highways shall be limited to
C-C, C-H, M-l, and M-2 zoning districts."

Nursing Home in Jenkins
burg early Tuesday morning.
He was a native of Butts
County and was a lifelong
resident of this county,
having formerly lived at
Cork. His wife, the late Mae
Morgan Fogg, preceded him
in death.
Surviving Mr. Fogg are
two sons. Albert R. Fogg of
Hapeville. Charlie M.Fogg of
Daytona Beach. Fla.; one
daughter, Mrs. Sue Moore of
Hapeville: seven grandchild
ren: five great-grandchild
ren: several nieces and
nephews.
