VOTE VOTE VOTE WIN WITH GODWIN Vote for a man that cares. Vote for a man that will work and serve all the citizens of Butts County. As I have men tioned before, I am a family man with 10 children seven which are living at home two sons in the armed service. One daughter married to Darrell L. Kitchens, whose parents are Mr. and Mrs. Onree Kitc hens of Jackson. If I am elected as your County Commissioner I will recommend to the chairman of the board that we need better communication from the commissioner's office to serve the people better than in the past. I feel that a two-way radio from the County Commissioner office to the county barn and to the road superintendent truck should be installed to keep in contact with one another to give better service to the citizens. I have been in contact with most of the people including the poor people and the black people of Butts County whose income is below standard. Their needs are for better jobs and better pay. I will certainly work with these people for better jobs and better pay; and if elected as your commissioner I will work for new industry in Butts County. In the past the county government and the city government officials have had their difficulties on agreeing on projects for Butts County; but in the future if elected as your Commissioner I would like to see better cooperation among the officials. For I am sure that the citizens are the ones that are being neglected from these difficulties. Since I have qualified for this office I have tried to get out and meet most of the citizens of Butts County. If I don't get a chance to personally contact you please feel free to contact me at my home any tj me _ 775-2461. My qualifications for this office is that I do care for all the citizens of Butts County. PLEASE Don't let money Beer or Liquor influence your Vote. J. K.
