the Sheriff or his Chief Deputy will

will be more CAREFULLY SELECT
ED and more THOROUGHLY
TRAINED to reduce PERSONNEL
TURNOVER and UNIFORM COSTS
resulting from constantly changing
deputies. This will afford more effec
tive and efficient service at LESS
COST to taxpayers.
A better choice in that an ANNUAL BUDGET will be established for the Sheriff’s
Department and citizens will be advised regularly on the COST OF OPERATING
the Department as well as REVENUE TAKEN IN by the Department.
A better choice in that the Sheriff’s Department will be operated on a BUSI
NESS-LIKE BASIS in keeping with modern principles of financial accounting.
A better choice in that no other candidate offers the amount of EDUCATION,
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPERIENCE and BUSINESS BACKGROUND.
