Rearing a child includes
nursing the youngster
through all of the ordinary
childhood diseases. Usually,
the sickness is preceded by
warning signals which give
the parents a forewarning of
an impending illness. Pro
bably the best indicator is the
loss of appetite. This is a
pretty sure sign of some
disorder.
Irritability and inability to
sleep are two other indica
tors that something is wrong.
The first step to take when
you suspect that the child is
sick is to take his tempera
ture. If the temperature is
up, then you should watch
carefully, taking the tem
perature at least once an
hour. If the temperature
continues to rise, then
consult your family physic
ian.
If the doctor prescribes
medication, let us fill your
prescription. You can rest
assured that the prescription
will be filled accurately with
the best drugs available.
