October is Volunteer
Month. The answers to many
problems of those in need of
volunteer services lie in the
minds and hearts of com
munity leaders. We invite
all citizens of the county to
use this month as a time for
re-examining the social role
which they are playing and
the conditions under which
they live, and ask them to
share a small part of their
time with their fellowman.
