ACA Members
Like Cong.
Jack Flynt
United States Congress
man John J. Flynt, Jr. from
the 6th District of Georgia
was endorsed for re-election
today by ACA (Americans
for Constitutional Action).
The non-partisan National
organization, headquartered
in Washington, said it was
endorsing Congressman
Flynt because of his con
sistent voting record for the
constitutional principles.
Miss J. Charlene Baker,
Chairman of ACA, stated,
“Representative Flynt is
best judged by his perform
ance during the 22 years in
which he has served in the
House. His legislative record
gives factual evidence of his
valuable and unselfish ser
vice to our Nation.”
Americans for Constitu
tional Action (ACA) periodi
cally rates all Members of
Congress on issues which are
of major National import
ance and adherence to
constitutional principles.
ACA’s Chairman stated, “If
every Member of Congress
voted as Congressman Flynt,
there would be little or no
Federal debt, inflation would
not be a problem, our
National military strength
would not be in question, and
Americans would be paying
lower taxes. His cumulative
rating for 1976 is 72 percent.
Miss Baker cited Congress
man Flynt’s voting record as
outstanding. “He puts the
interest of the United States
first and works continually
for the preservation of
constitutional government.”
The endorsement by ACA
brings to the Congressman,
the support of highly distin
guished citizens, Democrats,
Republicans and Indepen
dents, who are Members of
ACA’s Board of Trustees.
HJH Tigers
Win 6-0 Over
Henry County
The HJH Tigers were
victorious over the Henry
County Eagles Saturday
night at Red Devil Hill. The
difference in the game
proved to be a 65 yard run by

chargers stymied the Eagles
for the remainder of the
game. The Tigers controlled
the ball on offense during the
majority of the game so that
Henry County was unable to
score. Leading the Tigers on
defense were Darrell Mar
shall, John Freeman, Mike
Richardson, Tim Rogers,
Greg Cook, and Donald
Stodghill. Eugene Noble led
the offense with 147 yards on
21 carried. The offensive line
who were making the
“holes” for the HJH ball
carriers were Donald
Stodghill, John Freeman,
Darrell Marshall, Andy Mc-
Cord, Joe Stewart, Tony
Roberts and Ronny Story.
