BUTTS COUNTY,
TO: THE BUTTS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
CLAIM FOR REFUND
I the undersigned owner of real estate in Butts County,
Georgia do, according to law, hereby apply for a refund of 1975
property taxes previously paid. The reason for this application
is that certain taxpayers have, as a result of Court cases,
received a reduction in their 1975 real estate assessments. I
did not receive any such reduction and I do hereby apply to the
Board of County Commissioners for a reduction similiar to the
reduction received by the majority of the certain taxpayers. I
ask that this claim for refund be allowed in order to obtain
uniformity amongst the taxpayers of Butts County, Georgia
that return their taxes locally and also in order to refund the
over payments of tax made by me for the tax year 1975. I
further ask that this refund due me be applied against my 1976
taxes.
Submitted this the day Of ,
