Milam There was a printing error in the pie crust recipe last week. I am sure it was confusing. Here is the pie crust recipe again: CRIST 2 cups plain flour two-thirds cup margarine (10 and two-thirds tablespoons) Not l and two-thirds table spoons as was printed last week. four to five tablespoons cold water '•j teaspoon salt Measure flour and place in large bowl. Add salt and mix well. Add softened margar ine and mix well with both hands until mixture resem bles meal. Add water and stir with a fork. Form into a ball and wrap in waxed paper and refigerate for 30 minutes before rolling out. This makes a two crust pie. Here are a couple of ideas for summer salads: Slice bananas, sprinkle with lemon juice, then place in a cantaloupe half. Slice yellow squash, ripe avocado, and fresh mush rooms. Mix with 2 table spoons mayonnaise. 1 table spoon lemon juice, dash Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Serve chilled on a bed of iceburg lettuce. PERSONAL Mr. and Mrs. C. B.
