The Cooperative Extension Service of the University of Georgia proposes to develop a 4-H Club educational camping site on a 106-acre tract owned by Georgia Power Company. The 40-acre parcel of project lands that the Company proposes to convey lies between the 106-acre tract and the Yellow River near the intersection of State Highways 36 and 162 in Newton County. According to the application, the 40 acres are to be used in conjunction with the 4-H camp, but will remain in an undeveloped State. The application is on file with the Commission and is available for public inspec tion. Any person desiring to be heard or to make any protest with reference to said application should on or before October 3, 1977, file with the Federal Power Commission, 825 North Capi tol Street, Washington, D. Edwards has had the pleasure of having all of her children with her recently and while they were here they and their families, along with Mrs. Edwards, went to Jonesboro on Sunday, August 21st, for a family get-together at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dyer D. Edwards and family. Though members of the family had visited their mother on many occasions, this was the first time all were able to be together at the same time in 23 years. Those visiting in the Edwards home on McDo nough Road were Mrs. James W. Hopkins of Seattle, Washington, Mrs. Gary Bower of Manson, Washing ton, Mr. and Mrs. Robert D.
