PACAA’s weatherization project is an attempt to make the homes of the underpri vileged in the county as warm as possible during the winter thereby reducing energy consumption and fuel bills. This is the third year PACAA has conducted the weatherization project and energy corrdinator Art Van Dusen said there is an immediate need for any type of building material which could be contributed to weatherize the homes of “the aged and economically poor families of Butts County.” Van Dusen said if anyone has any materials such as roofing, plywood or 2X4s to contribute, contact him at the Piedmont Area Com munity Action Agency. 775- 5323.
