ing against other places where infection
diseases are epidemic, but we have heard
for the ffrst time of Scarlatina being
quarantined against. And we say, with
fear of contradiction that Cuthbert, Cole¬
man, and Columbia are the first places on
record where Scarlatina has been quaran¬
tined.
