delectable.
Misses Emmie aud Edna Speight
entertained quite a gathering of the
little flolk at the home ot their parents,
and all present report it one of the
jolliest affairs of the holidays, as well
as one of the most sumptuous.
An occasion that will long bo re¬
membered by Miss My* win Sharp’s
music scholars as au'e^ont of great
enjoyment was the recepvon tendered
them at her home. Mbs Mynvin is

to oveiflowing wilh children of happy
expectancy and indulgent parents and
friends.
The program ot songs aud recitations
as artauged and conducted by by Mrs.
Gussie Anderson, was very appropriate
and pretty, and was generally appre¬
ciated. It elicited complimentary re¬
marks on every hand.
Mr. Bob Parker represented .Santa
Claus, and his costume and talk to the
children was a source of much amuse¬
ment and wonder to them.
It was indeed a very happy occasion.

A poor complexion is usually the re¬
sults of a torpid liver or irregular ac¬
tion of the bowels. Unless nature’s
refuse is carried off it will surely cause
Lmoure. blood. Pimpleo, boils and
other eruptions follow. This is na
turo’H method of thrownng off the
poisons which the bowels failed to re¬
move. DeWitt’s little Kaxly Risers
are world famous for remedying this
condition. They stimulate the liver
and promote regular and healthy ac¬
tion of the bow*da but no>vcr cause
griping, cramps or distress. Safe pills.

which they greeted each comer was
like a ray of sunshine contrasted with
the gloomy aspect without. Mi a An¬

pleasures of the afternoon, favoring
her delighted hearers with a recitation
rendered in her inimitable and perfect

A lunch of lire courses was served,
