The following resolution was
duly passed:
RESOLUTION.
Be it Resolved by the authority of
the Mayor r.od Board of Aldermetijof
the City of Douglas, that the Mayor of
said city and the City Clerk thereof,
be, and they are hereby authorized and
empowered to make sign and execute n
promisary note for 90 days in favor of
the Peterson Banking Co. and again::
the City of Douglas, for the sum of
.$6000.00 as a renewal of a pote now duo
and held, by said Banking ’Co. against
said City.
