To All Whom it May Concern: By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Coffee County, Will be sold, at public outcry, on the first Tuesday in June, 1915, at the court house door in said county, be tween the legal hours of sale, the fol lowing described property, to-wit: One 20-bbl. capacity copper turpen tine still and fixtures complete; one glue kettle and fixtures complete; one Schofield pump and boiler; 50 dip barrels, more or less; all coopers and other tools belonging to and con nected with said turpentine plant and business, including all commissary goods and fixtures kept and contain ed in the commissary at said location; including all spirit barrels, staves, heading, hoop iron, glue, batting, bungs, still wood, and all other sup plies of every kind belongnig to and connected with the said plant and business. Also the following describ ed mules, to-wit: One black horse mule, 9 years old, named Joel; one black mare mule, 9 years old, named Alice; one bay horse mule, 6 years old, named Jim; one bay horse mule, named Bib; one two : horse wagon and harness; one four-fiorse wagon and harness; twenty-two thousand galvan ized Herty turpentine cups; six thou sand galvanized McCoy turpentine cups. Together with any and all kinds of cups, equipments and imple ments of every kind belonging to and connected with said turpentine plant and business. Also for said consideration, the par ty of the first part does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, all of the following des cribed leases, together with all the property rights, privileges, and equi ties therein contained, to-wit Lease from A. L. Nobles to J. S. and E. Paulk, dated May 12, 1911, and for a term of 25 years from the date there of, the still location on a certain 20- acre tract of ot of land No. 81 as described in said lease, referenec be ing hereby made to same. Lease from H. S. Harper to E. P. Lowther, dated 1913, for a term of 3 years from date of boxing the tim ber on 145 acres of land in lot No. 126 in the sth district of Irwin Coun ty, Georgia. Lease from L. L. Harper to E. Paulk, Nobles & Co., dated December 19th, 1910, for a term of 5 years, to the timber on 365 acres of lot of land No. 33 in the sth district of Irwin County, Georgia. Lease from A. L. Nobles to Elijah Paulk, dated August 24th, 1907, for a term of 10 years, from the date thereof, to-the timber on 415 acres of lot of land No. 79, 490 acres, more or less, of lot of land No. 80, 420 acres of lot No. 81, and all of lot No. 106 in, lying and being on the east side of the Satilla River; all of the above lying and being in the sth district of Irwin County, Georgia. ( Lease from Harper & O’Berry to P. Lowther, dated March 12, 1913, and for a term of 3 years from date of cupping, to the timber on 100 acres of lot of land No. 126, in the sth dis trict of Irwin County, Georgia. Lease from R. H. Harper to E. P. Lowther, dated October 12th, 1912, for a term of 4 years, from the first day of January, 1913, to the timber on’ 100 acres of lot of land No. 26, as described in said lease. Dickey, heretofore engaged in the business of buying and selling live stock in the city of Douglas, State of Georgia, is this day dissolv ed by mutual consent, John A. Corn retiring from said firm. The busi ness will be conducted at the same place by A. J. Martin and A. B. Dick- 1 ey under the firm name of Dickey & Martin, and the said A. J. Martin and A. B. Summerall, Judge of the Superior Courts of the Waycross Circuit, at Blackshear, Ga., a petition will be presented to the said Judge, asking for leave to sell for the purpose of reinvestment, the following described lands, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land ly ing and being in the Sixth District of Coffee County, Georgia, containing seventy-five (75) acres, more or less, of lot of land number two hundred sxty-five (265) in the Sixth District of Coffee County, Georgia, and being bounded as follows: On the west by the original land lot line of said lot, on the north by the old Bailey tram road and the lands of Mrs. Bettie Davis to a cypress in the run of Still Branch, thence in a southwesternly direction to where said branch cros ses the original south line of said lot. thence westward to the original west line of said lot. Also fifteen (15) acres, more or less, of lot of land number two hundred sixty-four (264) in the Sixth District of said county, and being bounded as follows: Starting at the original north-west corner of lot number two hundred sixty-four (264) and running said west original line to where said line crosses Twenty-Nine Mile Creek, thence down Twenty-Nine Mile Creek to where Still Branch enters it, thence up Still Branch to the orginal line of said lot, and on the north by the orig inal line of aid lot, all of the above described property in both lots of land lying in one body in the Sixth District of Coffee County, Georgia, and being all of the land owned by Polly Carter in both of said lots.
