and north by lands of Elias Lott, Sr.,
and being a portion of lot of land No.
193, in the Sixth District of Coffee
County, Georgia, with improvements
thereon. Said land levied on by H.
C. Ellis, legal Constable of the 748
District G. M. in said county, as the
property of Joe Mumford to satisfy
a fifa issued on the 3rd day of July,
1916, from the J. P. Court 748 Dis
trict G. M. in said county, in favor of
Mrs. B. Peterson, executrix of the

Thomas to satisfy an execution is- <
sued from the Justice Court of the
748 District G. M. of said county,
based on a judgment in attachment
in favor of Geo. L. Touchton, against
