A call meeting of the Woman’s Club was held on Thursday for the purpose of electing a delegate to the Federa tion at Macon. Mrs. F. W. Dart was elected with Ivlrs. Stubbs, alternate. The question of equal suffrage was discussed, but no definite conclusion drawn, Theclub members are urged to be present at the meeting of the club on the first Thursday in October to instruct the delegate where to place her vote. Equal suffrage was brought before the .Federation for its recog nition last year, but tabled. This year it will be a decided issue at the meeting at Macon and the delegate must be instructed before she leaves. The equal suffrage party has been clamoring for recognition in the Geo rgia Federation, as so many other state have them while otfyer members are convinced that to intro duce this into the Federation, might be inharmonious when so many clubs are opposed. Give this subject your unbiased consideration and be prepar ed to vote at the meeting of the Wo man’s Club in October. Meet me at E. L. Vickers & Co.
