ELIM SCHOOL NOTES.
The trustees and patrons met Fri
day Dec. 8, for a working at the school
We had a general clean up day. The
patrons cleared up the play grounds,
while the teachers and pupils cleaned
the yard and house.
Dr. and Mrs. Emmett Ward, of At
lanta, and Mies Ruby Peterson, visited
our school last Friday afternoon.
Mr. Roberts is a frequent visitor to
our school. We are all glad to have
him any time and would be glad if
other patrons would visit our school
more often to see what we ar e doing
Every teacher, boy and girl like Mr.
Roberts because he is always ready
to do something for the school.
The teachers and pupils have made
a movement, which will "ive our Lib
rary fifty mor e well selected volu nes.
The fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and
eight grades are taking their monthly
examination this week.
Th eElim school notes are short this
week.
