ecuted and delivered to The Georgia
Loan & Trust Company his deed, un
der Section “3306 of the. 1910” Code of
Georgia, to the lands hereinafter des

The said deed first above mentioned
was executed and delivered to secure
the pay-ment of one certain promissory
note for the sum of $1500.00 dated
April 2nd, 1917, and the principal
debt, bearing interest at the rate of
6 1-2 per cent, per annum.
Said principal debt is now past due
by the terms thereof, and so declared
to be due for default in payment of
interest due October Ist, 1923. The
total amount of principal and interest
that w-ill be due on said debt on the
date of sale is $1717.20. Fee simple
titles will be made to the purchaser at
said sale and the proceeds of such sale
will be applied first, to the payment
of said debt with interest and expenses
of this proceeding, and the remainder,
if any, w-ill be paid over to said George
W. Busby or his legal representative.
