and authority contained in a certain
deed made and executed on the 28th
day of January 1920, by Mrs. Lenora
E. Turrentine, in favor of the under
signed Ashley Trust Company, which
deed was duly recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
said County, on the 30th day of Jan
uary 1920, in Book 39, pages 324-5,
will be sold on the 3rd day of June
1924, before the Court House door in
said County, within the leg-al hours of
sale, at public outcry, to the highest
bidder for cash, the following des
cribed property, to-wit: Being in the
City of Douglas, located on the East
side of Ashby Avenue and fronting
West on Ashby Avenue and being
Eighty (80) feet off the southern end
of City lots numbers 1,2, and 3, m
block number 139, of “Rosedale” sub
division of the City of Douglas, a map
of which is recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Coffee County, Georgia, in deed book
19, page 585. Said lot being eighty
(80) feet front, and running back East
of uniform width a distance of One
Hundred Fifty (150) feet, bounded on
South by lands of Daniel Gaskin, Sr.,
on the East by lands of Deen Realty
& Improvement Company, and on the

Eugene Merrier, but nov. owned by M.
D. Dickerson, and on the West by
Ashby Avenue, and being part of or

of the said Mrs. Lenora E. Turrentine
to satisfy the indebtedness owing by
her to the undersigned and secured by

to be applied to the payment of said
debt, including principal, interest and
all cost of sale, and the balance, if
any, to be paid to the said Mrs. Lenora
E. Turrentine, or as the law directs.

fore the court house door of Coffee
county, Georgia, on the 2(ith day of
May, 1924, between ten o’clock A. M.
and four o’clock P. M., to the highest
and best bidder for cash, the property
conveyed by said deed and described as
follows:

seven (t»7) in the First (Ist) District
of Coffee County, Georgia, containing
Four Hundred Ninety (490) acres,
more or less.
Default has been made in the pay

George M. Forman has elected to de
clare the entire loan due and payale
as provided in said deed and the sale
will be had for the purpose of paying
said debt plus any delinquent taxes
and the cost of this proceeding.

Georgia, by an instrument duly ex
ecuted and recorded, will attend and
conduct said sale for the said George
M. Forman, in accordance with the

George M. Forman will execute to the
