John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance
Company, for the purpose of" paying
off the indebtedness secured by said
deed, which is the principal sum of
five thousand five hundred ($5,500.00)
dollars, evidenced by the promissory
note of said Carl R. Tanner, dated
May 29th, 1920, due on its face Oct
ober Ist. 1925. but due and collectible
now on account of default in the pay
ing of one interest coupon for three
hundred thirty ($330.00) dollars due
on October Ist, 1923.
Said property will be sold to the
highest bidder for cash, and the pro
ceeds will be applied to the payment
of said indebtedness and cost of this
proceeding and sale, and all indebted
ness secured by said loan deed.
