Dealer Sued for Damages Because of Boy cott and Lost C. s Lose, The United States circuit court of appeals at St. Paul has handed down an opinion in the suit for treble dam ages brought by Joseph P. Whitwell, a local tobacco dealer, against the Continental Tobacco Company, known as the tobacco trust, in which judg ment is rendered in favor of the con tinental company.
