To Voters of Town of Willacoocliee-
Council Chamber, Willacoochee, Ua., (st
day of September, 1904. Notice is hereby
Riven that an election will be held, at the
regular place of holding elections for said
town, on the Ist day of October, 11)04, to
determine whether or not the Mayor and
Council of said town shall issue bonds to
the amount of ($0,(100) Six Thousand Dol
lars to be known as “School Building
Bonds.” Said bonds to he issued in de
nominations of ($100) One Hundred Dol
lars each, and to become due and payable
as follows: Twenty bonds aggregating
($ 000,00) to be payable at the end of ten
years, twenty bonds aggregating ($‘.>000,40)
to he payable at the end of fifteen years,
and twenty lionds aggregating ($2000,00)
to be payable at the end of twenty years.
All of said bonds to bear interestfroni date,
at the rate of six per cent, perannum, and
interest to be paid annually on all of said
bonds, commencing one year a'ter date of
i«siie, tipid bonds shall have attached to
t»ch of them one interest coupon for each
(fear after is«ue that said bonds
shall Alii*, and said bonds to. be numbered
from one to six, inclusive, and coupons to
bear corresponding numbers. The bonds
numbered from one u> twenty inclusive, to
lie paid at the end of ten years, the Itouds
numbered from twenty-one to forty in
clusive to be paid at tlie end of fifteen
years, the bonds numbered from forty-one
to sixty inclusive to be paid at the end of
twenty years. The interest payable shall
be (ftittO) Three Hundred and Sixty dollars
perannum for the first ten years, ( 210)
Two Hundred ami Forty dollars per an
num for the next live years, and ($ 20) One
Hundred and Twenty dollars per annum
for the next live years.

Max Isaac, Referee in Bankruptcy of said
district, the undersigned as trustee in
