the Secretary of State, and for other
purposes,” make this our declaration,
praying that we be incorporated as a
body corporate and politic for the pur
pose of doing a general banking busi
ness, with all the rights, powers, priv
ileges and restrictions of said Act, un
der and by the uame and stvle of
BROXTON BANKING COMPANY
and that the principal office of said
company shall be located in the city
of Broxtoif, County of Coffee and State
of Georgia, with a capital of Twenty
-Five Thousand Dollars ($25.000.00],
divided into shares of One Hundred
Dollars [sloo.oo], each, and that the
sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000) of the capital subscribed has
(actually been paid by the subcribers
and that the same is in fact held, and
is to be used solely for the business
and purposes of the corporation.
The fee of sso.oo'Fifty Dollars is
herewith enclosed as fee for charter or
certificate of incorporation as required
by said Act.

To Voters of Town of Willacoochee-
Council Chamber, Willacoochee, Ga., Ist
day of September, 1904. Notice is hereby
given that an electton will be held, at the
regular place of holding elections for said
town, on the Ist day of October, 1904, to
■ determine whether or not the Mayor and
Council of said town shall issue bonds to
I the amount of ($6,000) Six Thousand Dol
lars to be known us “School Building
Bonds.” Said bonds to be issued in de
nominations of ($100) One Hundred Dol
iats each, and to become due and payable
as follows: Twenty bonds aggregating
! $.000,00) to be payable at the end of ten
years, twenty bond’s aggregating ($2000,00)
to be payable at the end of fifteen years,
and twenty bonds aggregating ($2000,00)
io be payable at the end of twenty years.
All of said bonds to bear interest from date,
lx the rate of six per cent, per annum, and
interest to be paid annually on all of said
Ponds, commencing one year after date of
ksue. Said bonds s’hall have attached to
Jach of them one interest coupon for each
4ear after date of issue that said bonds
sshall run; and said bonds to be numbered
from one to six. inclusive, and coupons to
bear corresponding numbers. The bonds
numbered from one to twenty inclusive, to'
be paid at the end of ten years, the bonds
numbered from twenty-one to forty in
clusive to be paid at the end of fifteen
years, the bonds numbered from forty-one
to sixty inclusive to be paid at the end of
twenty years. The interest payable shall
be ($390) Three Hundred and Sixty dollars
per annum for the first ten years, (’240)
Two Hundred and Forty dollars per an
num for the next five years, and ($120) One
Hundred and Twenty dollars per annum
for the next five years.

Agreeable to an order from the Court of
Ordinary of said county directing the sale

Henry Tharp, late of said county deceas

tween the legal hours of sale, on the first
Tuesday in November next, the following
property, to-wit: One quarter of an acre
