parcel of land lying and being in
the county of Coll e and described
as fdlows: All of lot of land Nc
one (1) in the first (Ist) distsict of
Coffee county containing four hun
dred and ninety (490) acres. Said
property levied on and to be sold
as the property of Robert Russell
underand by virtue o'a Ufa is
sued from the Justice court of the
1127th district G M of said county
in favor of S. Mayer & Uiman
against Robert Russell, Property
lobe sold in satisfaction of the
