Georgia—Coffee county. Will be
wold to the highest and best bidder at
public out cry on Tuesday Dec. 17th,
1895 at the home place of Joel Lott,
late of said county deceased, the fol
lowing real estate belonging to the
estate of said deceased to-wit. All of
lot of land No. 495 containing 493
acre*, 165 acres of lot No. 389, all of
lot 394 containing 490 acres, all of lot
No. iMfc containing 490 acres 150 acres
of lot No. 302, 300 acres of lot No. 390
245 acres of lot No. 391, six (6) acres
of lot No. 416, said nix acres lying on :
the south side of the Douglas and
Willacoochec road,'all of said describ
ed land lying and being in the sth
district of Coffee county. Said pro
perty to he sold in parcels upon the
following terms to-wit: One-third
cash on the day of sale, one-third on
November Ist 1896, and one-third on
November Ist 1897. Said two lust
na;.'xctCJlts to he secured be good pa
pers at interest. All parties who
are indebted to said estate will come
and make immediate settlement else
their papers will he placed with an at
torney for collection.
