In the past three months I have
cleared $660.75 selling Dish Washers. I
did most of the work, my brother help

don’t have to leave the house. People
hear about the Dish Washers and send
for them, they are so cheap. Auy lady
or gentleman can make money in this

Washer. Any of our readers who have
energy enough to apply for an agency
can easily make from $8 to $lO a day.

POPULISTS WIN
IN COFFEE.
They Elect Every Officer From
Legislator to Coroner.
DANIEL LOTT WINS BY 345 MAJORITY
The Election Passes off Quietly.---Wil
cox Beats Morion.
Wednesday’s election was the biggest
ever held in Coffee county.
The vote in the Douglas district was
larger by two hundred votes than ever
before,
At sunrise the populist drove over
one hundred negroes in and voted
them. They came marching in
double file, with three white men in
front carrying guns, which by the
way was in open violation of the
State law. This entire crowd marched
to Mr. Jno. M. Lott’s and got break
fast. Then came a crowd of about
150 negroes from Broxton, led by a
brass band. Tin* tvere fed at Mr. John
Lott’s also.
The democrats brought their voters
iu wagons and fed them at Messrs.
Benajah Peterson’s and David Lott’s.
l'he most remarkable thing of the
day, however, was the smoothness
with which., the election passed oil’.
The citizens of Douglas did not like it
because the.j/opulist marchf>d in w:si
guns but managed to keep their Sem
per. They decided to leaveihe law
to take its course in the matter.
The best part of the populist vote
was polled in the morning, while the
democrats kept up their work pretty
much all during tbe day.
The election managers were: T. S.
Deen, Dan Lott, and N. F. Goodyear.
RETURNS FROM TIIE COUNTY,

the first to he heard from. The re
