To whom it may concern:—Notice is
hereby given that I D. W. Gaskin, as
Guardian of the persons and property
of Randall J. Daniels, Eliza J. Daniels,
John Leavens, Jr,, and Tabitha Leav
ens, all minors and all residents of
said county, will apply ty the Hon.
Jos. W, Bennett, Judge of the Sup
erior Court of said Countv, in vacation,
at Brunswick Georgia, on the 28th day
of June, 1902, for an order to sell (at
public sale) and reinvest the interest
owned by said above named wards,
said interest being four-fifths of a one
ninth undivided interest, in the follow
ing described real estate lying and be
ing in said county, to-wit: Seven
Hundred and Thirty Five (735) acres,
more or less, lying and being in the
6th district of said county, and being
all of lots of land numbers 104 and 105,
except 150 acres, more or less, on the
western side of said lots owned by
Henry Vickers and 60 acres, more or
less on the western side of said lots
owned by Wtn. Vickers and 35 acres,
more or less, on the eastern side of
said lots owned by Bartley Vickers,
and said land being the land owned by
the estate of John Carver, the mater
nal grandfather of said wards. Said
application is to be made because said
property is unproductive, and it will

and property of Jimuel Daniels, de

his minority, has applied to me for
leave to sell the land of said deceased
for the payment of debts and for the
purpose of distribution, as authorized
by section 2569, et seq, of the Civil
Code. This is, therefore, to notify all
concerned to file their objections, if
any they have, on or before the first
Monday in July, 1902, else leave will
then be granted said applicant, as
applied for. This June 2, 1902.
