JOT M’ILTY. ■■ v "\IS*Vi SJ" TMt T |,, •>> "•••' *> **" ,h * From the Atlanta Daily Dispatch we give the < losinp noene in the drama : The High Court of Impeachment was rolled to order Tuesday, the 7th, at the tistial hour. Senator Lester had the floor, and in conclusion of the debate made an elaborate and exhaustive argu ment for the State. His spMCO was lis tened to with close attention, and every utterance stamped the man equal to the ■occasion. He saw no excuse for freeing Kenfroe, and advocated his conviction. At the conclusion of Senator Lester’s ’remarks a motion was made to lay the order of Senator Gumming on the table, and the vote resulted as follows : Avw—l tower, Clarke, Clements of the (4th,Clifton, Drake,Duncan, Folks, 'Grnntlmid, Grime*, Hamilton of the J4th, Hodges, Holcombe. Holton, Lump kin, Mel)anicl, Perry, Russell, Simmons, StaU‘l), Stephens, Tison of thc4tli, Wall, Mr. President Nnya—Boyd Brynn, Cahaniss, Cand ler, Casey, Gumming, Dußose, Fain, Hamilton’ of the 21st, Harrison, Haw kins, Howell, Hudson,McLeod, Preston, Tison of the 10th, Troutman, Turner, AVel born. The vote defeated Mr. Cumming’s or der, and then the vote recurred on the proposition of guilty or not guilty. The first article was read, and the following is the vote: Ayes—Bower, Candler, Clements ol the 14th., Clarke, Clifton, Drnke, Dun can, Folks, Grantland, Grimes, Hamil ton of the 14th., Head, Hodges, Hol combe, Holton, lludt-on, Lumpkin, Mc -1 >aniel, Perry, Russell, Simmons, Staten, Stephens, Tison of the 14th-, and Mr. President. Total ayes 2f>. Nays—Boyd, Bryan, Cabanise, (’nsey, Dußose, Fain, Hamilton of the 21st.. Harrisou. Uuwkius, Howell, McLeod, Preston, Tison of the 10th.. Troutman, Turner, and Wclborn. Total nays 17. Absent, Senator Speer. Declined to vote, Senator Wall, on ac count of not hearing the testimony. The vote thus cast settled the business and the interest of the case subsided. Kenfroe was declared not guilty, and it was a mere manner of calling the roll on the other articles. The vote stood the same until the fourth article was reached, when Senator Hudson raised the monotony by voting not guilty. The fifth article, which was concerning the petition to get Pritchett a place on the Georgia Road, was voted down by nays :{f>, yeas 7. Thus ended the trial and Reufroe walked out a free man. still holding the office, and with all the in terests on State deposits in his pocket. So ended the farce of a trial. Sick Headaches and Want of Appetite. These feellnga which so sadden us, most, frequent ly arise from annoyances or trouble, from obstructed perspiration, or from eating and drinking what is unfit for us, thus disordering the liver and stomach. These organs must be regulated if you wish to lie well. The Pills, if taken loconlins to tlir printed instructions, will quiekly restore a healthy action to both liver and stomach, whence follow, as a natural conseonence, a good appetite and a clear head. In the East and West. Indies scarcely any other medicine ia ever used for these disorders. How to be Strong. Never let the bowels be either confined or unduly acted upon. It may appear singular that Holloway's Pills should be recommended for n rtm upon the bowels, many persons supposing that they would in crease relaxation. This is a great mistake, however: for these I*lll* will immediately correct the liver and stop every kind of bowel comnlaint. In warm cli mates thousand* of lives have born saved by the use of thin medicine, which in all caaes give* tone and vigor to tin whop organic system, however deranged —health and strength following us a matter of course. The appot it#’, too, is wonder-fully increased bv the use of these Pills, combined in the use of solid in nrctcrcncc to fluid diet. Animal food is better than moths and ate wit. Hy removing acrid, ferinentod, or other impure humors from the liver, stomach, or blood, the cause of dysmtry, dianhua, and other bowel complaints is expelled. The result is. that the disturbance is arrested, and the action of the bowels lieconioa regular. Nothing will stop the relaxation of the laiwelt ®o quickly as this tine correcting modi* cine.
