County I agents throughout the section of the ■ i state which is adapted to alfalfa cul ’ ture are fostering the movement and ■ giving information in regard to the I growing of the crop. Alfalfa is a rather exacting crop, I say crop specialists at the State Col- II lege, and some skill is required in _ order to produce it satisfactorily. ■ However, if boys will undertake the | production of this crop with the same . enthusiasm as they have with an acre 1 of corn, or cotton, they will meet I with equal success, they predict. | North Georgia lands are well 1 adapted to the growth of alfalfa, as I has been conclusively proven by the I College, and by many farmers in this section of the state.
