Judge Emory Speer will preside. East week, says the Star, the body ol Mr. Warren Sutton, who was murdered at Fort Gaines about ol years ago, was disinterred for re moval to another burying ground. He was buried in a metallic ease, ami the body was so well preserved that the features were entirely ral. Even the clothing and the ing of the case were as good as when the body was buried more than quarter of a century ago. Saturday last was an unfortunate dav for children. Five were burn ed to death in this State, In Ogle thorpe, Mary Porter went to her work, leaving her house in charge of her four small children. By some means the house took fire and burn ed to the ground, and all four of the Children perished in flames.
