No collector will lie allowed to
collect rond tax front any peVseih
living outside of the district for
which he was appointed. Eight
per cent will be allowed on all

All who fail to pay this com-
mutation tax will lie. required to
work five days will on tlie public
road. 'No work lie required
until after first Tuesday in April.
