department will be in charge ot eminent statisticians, and no expense will

have in their work as President and Secretary, respectively of the Southern
Cotton Association, won victories in the interest of Cotton producers of

ing army on the hatt lefield, and their work has added untold wealth tc the
Cotton States. The. Cotton .Internal will continue the battle for Southern
supremacy and fa.r play. The public has for many years heard The^Cotton practi-
cnlly only one side of the Cotton story. It will be the mission of
