farmers are going to get a good
price for cotton next fall. No
doubt the crop will recover from
much of .the damage it suffered
from the wot weather of last
month, but it will not bo as large
as it was expected it would be on
account of the increase in the
acreage? The world's supply of
cotton is much smaller now than
it usually is at this season of the
year. It is stated lo be only a
little more than 1,500,000 bales,
