a corporation organized under a
charter granted bvthis Honorable
Court on the 23rd dav of Feb¬
ruary 1913, respectfully shows:
1. That on the 11th dav of Sept¬
ember, 1916, and at a meeting of
the stokholders of said corpota
tion duly called for the purpose a
resolution was adopted bv the af
fiimative vote of the owners of
the entire capitol stock of said
corporation, resolving that the
said corporation should surrender
itsebarter and iranchises to the
State aid be desoived as t the
corporation.
2 That the affairs ot said corpo
ration have been liquidated that
is to say, all its debts have been
paved in full and all i? s re nan
■ng assets have been distributed,
prorate, between its stockholders
and it now has no debts, and no
assets of any character whatever
except, $27.75 dollars for the
expense of this proceeding.
3 That said disolution can beal
lowed without injustice to any
stoclho'der or to any person hav¬
ing claims or demands of any char
aoter against said corporation.
Wherefore, petitioner prays ’hut
the court will pass an order and
decree (I) accepting the surrender
of the charter and franchise of said
corporation and ordering its,disso
lution and (2) granting to ;-etition

the premises as to the comt shall
seem meet.
