Section 1st.—Be it enacted by the
General . Assembly, ,, of , the, , ... state , ol .... Geor- „
gia ; That from and alter the lust day
of February, 1884, it shall he uniawfu 1

descriptioo to allow the same to roll at

iaferro in tliis State.
Section 2nd.—-Be it further enacted,
that if any of the uni mills herein named
shall commit any trespass or damage to
the erojis of another or shall be ioimd
l imning at large onjthe lands of anotlier
whelliei enclosed or unenclosed the own¬
er of said stock shall be liable to the per¬
son damaged in the amount of the dam¬
age sustained which may lie received by
suit in any Court having jurisdiction
of Urn same subject to the right, of ap¬
peal or certioraras is provided bylaw
in other civil cases. Provided that the
provisions of the section shall not a ppiy
to adjacent counties not under the op¬
eration ot the stock law.
Section 3rd.—Be it fm ther enacted,

Section 4th.—Be it fntlier enacted,
that in case any such animals shall lie
impounded under the provisions of the
foregoing section of this Act, the party

iflation, which.shall be considered a part
