The Adkins House, No. HI I Ellis

one of the la st kept houses In the
State for the reasonable charges made.
The table is well supplied witli the
best the market affords; the rooms are
neat ; beds good and every attention is
paid tlie guests. The excellent music
almost daily dispensed by Mr. A.’s
charming daughters, Misses Fannie
and Della and gentlemen boarders, is
well worth the fare ial.es.
The house lias telephone connection

room and free omnibus from railroad
to the house. Mrs. A., who is an
excellent lady and hostess, gives her
personal attention to the cooking de
pai Inient.
The Augusta Gazette made Its ap¬
pearance Saturday last. It is well
edited, well printed and we wisli it
great success. It’s sole proprietor is
Mr. B, M liter,a brilliant wi iter,former¬
ly with the Greenesboro Homo Journal
and a veteran in the newspaper busi¬
ness. Its subscription price is 50cents
per annum, and those who want a live

the test of more than a halt century
with increasing popularity and is uni
versally admitted to have no equal as
a remedy for the core of diseases orig¬
inating in a disordered Liver, such as
Dyspepsia, Biliousness, Constipation,
Headache, Colic, etc. Simmons Liver
Regulator is simple and harmless,
pureley vegetable and can be safely
and advantageously used under any
circumstances. It acts mildly and ef
iectually and is especially valuable as a
Family Medicine, which position it
holds iu so many homes. We do not
know another preparation which can
bring forward such endorsements from
heads of families and those holding the
highest oilicial and social positions.
Keep Simmons Liver Regulator in
