Plant Shade Trees.
The city of Cordele will probably
extend the same privileges this sea»
son as were extended last to all who
desire to plant shade trees about
their property. Last season the city
obligated ... i. , . to plant . * shade trees „ f™. for
all persons who wished them, for
fifty oents a tree, and to pay one
half of this amount. It is hoped if
the city makes the same offer this
season that all who have not hereto
fore taken advantage will do so, and
whether the citv makes the offer or
not, they should plant the trees,
which would increase the value of
their properly and fill one of the
greatest needs of Cordele.
