Harris Superior court convened
here in regular session Monday morn
ing. His Honor, Judge Allen Fort
of Ari.ericus, presided, Judge J. M,
Smith being disqualified in severa
of the cases to be tried.
The Grand Jury was organized by
electing Mr. Geotge Poer foreman.
The Judge's charge to the Jury, explain was
clear, full, and forcible. He
ed the nature and character of their
duties, and admonished them to be
diligent, impartial and fearless, hunt
out perpetrators of crime bring mem
to justice and put them upon trial.
Special charge was given in regard to
gambling, carrying concealed wea¬
pons, distm b.ng religious worship,
